  • Ocean Conditions

    All tours are subject to the discretion of the captain and the conditions of the waters. Guests should be of sound body and mind, and have a sense of adventure as Kauai's waters are often exposed to open ocean winds and chop.

  • Health Conditions

    For the safety and well-being of all participants, our adventures are not suitable for individuals with neck and back problems, pregnancy, or other serious conditions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • Sea Sickness

    To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all our guest, our tours are not suitable for those prone to seasickness. We recommend taking over-the-counter motion sickness preventatives as a precaution. No refunds will be given for rain, chop, or seasickness.

  • Cancellations & Refunds

    If the Captain deems the conditions unsafe, we will cancel and offer a full refund, or offer the ability to reschedule. We also adhere to a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations within 24 hours are subjected to a full charge, unless a valid emergency situation.
